I'm really worried because my nose seems to be swelling more and more each day, and it looks like it's getting bigger. Is there anything I can do to stop this from happening? Is it possible to actually reduce the size of my nose?

My left eardrum has a small hole but there's no pain or irritation. Can it heal on its own without surgery? How long would the treatment take if surgery isn't needed?

Small perforation heals by itself.Only large perforation requires surgery myringoplasty.Ent opinion is advised to the patient for further management.
