I'm really worried because my penis is only 3.5 inches when erect, and I recently had sex where my partner said it felt small and she couldn't really feel anything. I've been noticing that every 34 days or so, this white substance appears under my foreskin, just below the head of my penis. It smells pretty strong, and I have to clean it regularly.
