I'm really worried because my SGOT level is 120 and my SGPT level is 222, which I know are really high. I'm an alcoholic, so I'm concerned about how this is affecting my health. What kind of medication or treatment would you suggest for someone in my situation?

View allI'm worried because my SGPT levels are high and I've been taking medication like Cirrosam 400, Obeticholic acid, Ursocol 300, and Evion for the past two months. The only one that seems to help is the Obeticholic acid. Interestingly, my lipid profile is normal and I've tested negative for Hepatitis B and C. My blood sugar levels are also within the normal range. On top of this, I've been dealing with hyperuricemia. Can you tell me how long it might take for my SGPT levels to get back to normal?

I'm really concerned about my cousin's dad. He's dealing with mild hepatomegaly and a grade 1 fatty liver, plus he's got total lung damage. The doctors have basically said there's not much hope and mentioned we might only have as little as 15 to 30 days. Is there anything we can do or try? Any advice would be really appreciated.
Grade 1 hepatomegaly isnt life threatening usually. U should elaborate on the lung condition or any other underlying issue that hes facing.

I've just found out my HBsAg levels are 4094.27 and it's reactive. I'm really worried about what this means for my health. Can you tell me how I can treat this and how long it might take?
