I'm really worried because my triglycerides are at 471. I'm concerned if this could be a sign of heart disease. I tried using fibrates to help with it, but then my creatine levels went up. What should I do now? Any advice would be really helpful.

Since fibrates caused an increase in your creatinine levels, you may consider using statins such as Atorvastatin at a low dose to help lower your triglycerides. The usual starting dose for Atorvastatin is 10-20 mg once daily. However, it is important to consult with your healthcare provider for proper monitoring and adjustment of your medication regimen.

I don't know about your specific medical condition without reviewing your reports. However, based on your symptoms of chest pain, pain in the left hand, and palpitations, it could be related to a heart issue. You should consult a cardiologist for a proper evaluation and treatment plan.

I've been feeling this sharp pain on the left side of my chest, and it's got me worried. It seems to flare up whenever I climb stairs or if I try to sleep on my left side. Does this sound like anything serious? Should I be concerned about it, or is there something specific I should be doing to manage it?
Based on your symptoms, it is possible that you may be experiencing musculoskeletal pain or even a cardiac issue. However, it is important to rule out any serious conditions such as a heart attack. I recommend you to take an immediate ECG test and consult a cardiologist. In the meantime, you can take Acetaminophen 500mg for pain relief.
