I'm really worried because my wife just swallowed a Karvol Plus capsule with water instead of inhaling the steam through her nose. Now she's experiencing a cooling sensation in her stomach, but luckily, there aren't any other symptoms at the moment. Could there be any side effects from this? What should we do next? Can you please advise?
