I'm really worried because for the past 8 months I've had this burning feeling in my throat. It always feels tight, like something's stuck in there. It's pretty uncomfortable. Has anyone else experienced this, and should I be concerned? What could be causing these sensations?

Water in the ear can be uncomfortable.

Since ear wax drops aren't providing relief, try:

  • Ear drying drops (e.g., Otoferm) to help evaporate water
  • Tilt your head to the side and gently pull on the outer ear to help water drain
  • Use a warm compress or dry towel to help relieve pain and fullness

If symptoms persist or worsen, consult an ENT specialist to rule out:

  • Ear infection
  • Eardrum damage
  • Blockage

Avoid using cotton swabs (Q-tips) to avoid pushing water further into the ear.

I'm a 21-year-old male and recently saw my doctor for abdominal pain. He had me get an abdominal ultrasound, and while most things looked normal, it mentioned that there are gas-distended bowel loops in the lower abdomen. Is this something I should be worried about? My doctor gave me some medication called pansec and meftal spas. I'm really curious to know why this is happening and what I can do to make it go away. Can you help me understand this better?

I've been dealing with internal hemorrhoids for about 3 years now, but over the last 6 months it's gotten worse with frequent bleeding. I'm really worried and don't know much about this condition. Surgery isn't an option for me are there natural ways to treat this? What would you suggest for relief and healing?

Internal hemorrhoids can be managed naturally, especially with lifestyle changes and over-the-counter treatments. Increasing fiber in your diet, staying hydrated, and avoiding straining during bowel movements can significantly reduce symptoms and promote healing. Over-the-counter creams and suppositories containing hydrocortisone, lidocaine, or witch hazel can also provide relief from pain, swelling, and itching.
