I'm really worried because for the past three months, I've had this constant excess mucus in my throat. I feel like I need to clear my throat all the time, and sometimes it even gets sore or I'll have a cough with this sticky mucus. It's frustrating because my throat occasionally turns red too. I'm trying to understand what's going on, but I'm completely stumped. What could be causing this? Is there something specific I should be looking out for or trying to manage it?

View allI just got my NCCT scan results for the PNS area, and I'm kinda worried. It says there's mucosal thickening in the sphenoid sinus and along the walls of my bilateral maxillary sinuses. Also, the posterior air cells of my bilateral ethmoidal sinuses are affected, and the bilateral ostiomeatal units are compromised due to mucosal thickening at the hiatus semilunaris. Should I be concerned about this?
This is a condition called sinusitis,no need to worry just follow your doctors advice ,avoid cool foods and cold weathers there is nothing to worry.

I've been dealing with some issues lately. After recovering from a skin infection last week, where I was on antibiotics and painkillers, I've now developed a canker sore on my tonsils and throat. It's making it really hard to eat or drink anything. Do you think this might be related to the medication I was on, or is it something else? What can I do to ease the discomfort?
That could be Tonsillitis, consume warm foods, visit ENT doctor for appropriate treatment.
