I'm really worried because for the past three months, I've had this constant excess mucus in my throat. I feel like I need to clear my throat all the time, and sometimes it even gets sore or I'll have a cough with this sticky mucus. It's frustrating because my throat occasionally turns red too. I'm trying to understand what's going on, but I'm completely stumped. What could be causing this? Is there something specific I should be looking out for or trying to manage it?

View allI'm noticing some vertical purple veins next to my tonsils and the back of my throat looks inflamed. There's also a mild pain when I swallow. Should I be concerned about this, or is it something that can resolve on its own?
You seem to be suffering from acute pharyngo-tonsillitis which is a common type of throat infection. You may need to take antibiotics and painkillers along with antiseptic mouth gargle for few days for faster recovery

I woke up this morning with a really sore and swollen uvula, and it's quite painful. I've had a cough for the past few days and have been using Zeet cough syrup and drinking warm water with honey, which helped a bit, but the irritation is still there in my throat. Today, I also noticed a swollen vulva, and when I was cleaning my nose, there was some blood mixed with mucus. It's Sunday, so I can't see a doctor. What should I do?
either due to stuffy nose, you have been mouth breathing or due to acid reflux, airway mucosa is inflamed. This is the cause of uvular oedema and inflammation. Meet a good ENT Specialist

I've been dealing with this mucus issue in my throat and my nose is constantly blocked. Even though I'm taking medications like Seroflo 500, Gelemont A, Arzep nasal spray, Memoflow nasal spray, and an antibiotic, the problem just won't go away. Is there anything else I should be doing, or do these symptoms suggest something more serious? I'm really worried and would love some guidance.
