I'm really worried because she's been dealing with asthma for about 10 years now, and she's been using medicine and an inhaler, but there hasn't been any improvement. Her breathing problems seem to be getting worse, especially with this constant cough. Could you please guide me on what we can do?

View allI'm a bit worried about some health stuff and hoping you can give me a bit of clarity. I saw a pulmonologist, and they did an X-ray. The ECG was normal, but it showed pulmonary ventricular contractions. My oximeter reading was 99 for oxygen and 123 for heart rate. The doctor said I dont have any breathing problems, but I am feeling short of breath and a tight chest. Could I have COPD? What kind of oximeter reading should a COPD patient have, or when should I be concerned about my breathing? I dont have any allergies, cough, or cold. Would really appreciate some guidance here.

I'm a 20-year-old guy and I've been dealing with this phlegm or mucus issue in my lungs. Its been more than a month now, and whenever I cough to spit it out, it just keeps coming back. The stuff I spit out is sticky and has some white in it. I havent seen a doctor about this yet, and Im kind of worried. Can you tell me what might be going on and what I should do about it?
