Question
I'm really worried because an ultrasound has shown that I have a 6mm gallbladder stone, and there's also an infection. I've been having really bad pain in my abdomen and feeling nauseous all the time. What do you think I should do about it? Is this something I need to urgently take care of, or are there ways to manage this without surgery?

I understand your concern, and I'm here to provide you with some reassurance and guidance.
Masturbation and Penis Size
Masturbation, in itself, does not cause a decrease in penis size or width. However, frequent and aggressive masturbation can lead to:
- Desensitization: Reduced sensitivity due to over-stimulation.
- Inflammation: Mild inflammation or irritation, which can cause temporary swelling or changes in penis size.
Thinning and Shortening of the Penis
The thinning and shortening you've observed could be due to various factors, such as:
- Normal fluctuations: Penis size can vary due to factors like temperature, arousal, and overall health.
- Erectile dysfunction: Infrequent or inconsistent erections can cause the penis to appear smaller.
- Peyronie's disease: A condition characterized by the formation of scar tissue, leading to curvature or shortening of the penis.
- Other medical conditions: Certain conditions, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, or hormone imbalances, can affect penis size.
What to Do
To alleviate your concerns:
- Consult a doctor: Schedule an appointment with a urologist or a primary care physician to discuss your concerns and rule out any underlying medical conditions.
- Reduce masturbation frequency: Try to reduce your masturbation frequency to 2-3 times a week to give your penis time to recover.
- Practice gentle masturbation techniques: Avoid aggressive or rough handling of your penis during masturbation.
- Maintain a healthy lifestyle: Focus on a balanced diet, regular exercise, and stress management to promote overall health and well-being.
