I'm really worried because we're trying to have a baby and just found out my partner's TSH levels are at 10.34. She's not on any medication yet since we just diagnosed it now. Should we focus on getting the TSH levels under control before trying to conceive, or is it safe to plan for a baby right now? Any advice on what we can do in the meantime to help manage it?

Zincovit is a multivitamin supplement containing zinc, vitamins, and minerals.
Taking Two Zincovit Tablets Per Day
- Generally safe: Taking two Zincovit tablets per day is generally considered safe, but it's essential to follow the recommended dosage and consult your doctor.
- Zinc toxicity risk: Excessive zinc consumption (>150 mgday) can lead to zinc toxicity. Zincovit typically contains 15-20 mg of zinc per tablet, so taking two tablets per day should not exceed the safe limit.
- Interactions with medications: Zinc can interact with certain medications, such as antibiotics and blood thinners. Consult your doctor if you're taking any medications.
Best Time to Take Zincovit
- With meals: Take Zincovit with meals to enhance absorption and minimize stomach upset.
- Morning or evening: You can take Zincovit at any time of day, but taking it in the morning may help boost energy levels throughout the day.

I'm a bit confused about my treatment plan coming up soon. My current weight is 64.8 kg, and my height is 169 cm, putting my BMI at 22.7. Everything I've read suggests I should stay at this weight. But in two weeks, my medication dosage is going to be adjusted based on my weight. It looks like I'd get 3 tablets if I'm under 65 kg and 5 tablets if over 65 kg. I'm torn on whether I should try to bump my weight slightly to around 67 kg or just stay where I am. Can you help me figure out what's best?
