I'm really worried because within just one year, I've noticed my hair is thinning so much and I'm even starting to see bald patches. It's like my hairline is receding too, and now I'm really concerned. I used to feel more confident and even a bit prettier when I had more hair. Do you think this might be something serious? Could it be from thyroid issues or maybe it's genetics? I'm just not sure what's happening, and frankly, I'm feeling freaked out. Any advice on what's causing this and what I could possibly do to stop or slow it down?

View allI'm really concerned because I've been experiencing a lot of heat on my head lately, and it's been accompanied by excessive hair fall. I'm really worried because I've been using a cream with hydroquinone, tretinoin, and mometasone for nearly two years. When I stopped, my face turned really dark, almost black, and its been like this for the last 67 months. The rest of my body looks normal, so it's like my face doesn't match at all. I'm just wondering if this darkness will go away on its own if I leave it alone, or am I stuck like this? I'm seriously concerned about this and need some advice.
dont use that cream not face again , and start to use regular sun screen, face wash and moitiriser and you can consult dermatologist for a chemical peel and other Rx.
