I used Panderm Plus cream on my face but stopped recently, and now my skin has turned black with pimples and dark spots appearing. It gets worse when I'm in the sun. What can I do to help my skin recover?

I've had pretty large breasts since middle school and hit puberty fast, so I was never really comfortable with my body.
