I used Panderm Plus cream on my face but stopped recently, and now my skin has turned black with pimples and dark spots appearing. It gets worse when I'm in the sun. What can I do to help my skin recover?

Panderm Plus cream is a topical corticosteroid and antifungal combination used to treat various skin conditions.

Rebound Effect and Withdrawal Symptoms

Stopping the use of Panderm Plus cream abruptly can lead to rebound effects, such as:

  1. Worsening of symptoms: Increased redness, itching, and inflammation.

  2. Skin darkening: Hyperpigmentation, which can cause the skin to appear darker.

  3. Acne and black spots: Increased sebum production and clogged pores can lead to acne and black spots.Managing Rebound Effects and Skin Sensitivity

  4. Gradual tapering: If you need to stop using Panderm Plus cream, consult your doctor about gradually tapering off the medication to minimize rebound effects.

I'm experiencing this burning sensation and red mark on my testis skin, and it's been bothering me for the past three months. I'm getting a lot of sweating too. I've seen a couple of doctors already; the first one suggested Canesten and Fusibactb, which I used for two months, but they didn't really help. The second doctor recommended Beclox lotion, but I'm still not getting much relief. Sometimes I feel a bit better, but it's not consistent. I'm really concerned about this and not sure what to do next. Could you please give me some advice or suggest anything else I might try?

You can try using Lotrimin Ultra cream twice a day on the affected area for 2 weeks. Additionally, taking an oral antifungal medication like Fluconazole 150mg once a week for 4 weeks can also help in treating any underlying fungal infection. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry, wear loose-fitting underwear, and avoid any potential irritants. If the symptoms persist, consider consulting a dermatologist for further evaluation and management.

I've got this black spot on my shoulder and back that we call Bhabuti in my local language. I'm really not sure how it started, but it definitely spreads more when the summer months come around. Can you provide any advice or solutions on how to deal with it?

This could be fungal infection u need to evaluate with your Dermatologist and get appropriate treatment with oral antifungal medications and topical lotions, once the infection is resolved your hair fall would come down,I suggest you not to use minoxidil with active fungal infection, above this your personal hygiene care is more important.

Can I use Triben B cream to lighten the marks left behind after recovering from a fungal infection? I've been using Clobetamil G as my doctor prescribed, but I'm curious if Triben B might help with the discoloration or marks. What do you think?
