I used Panderm Plus cream on my face but stopped recently, and now my skin has turned black with pimples and dark spots appearing. It gets worse when I'm in the sun. What can I do to help my skin recover?

View allI'm currently taking biotin tablets for hair fall called biokare od, and I usually take them after my evening meal. However, I've been experiencing dizziness and constipation since I started using them. I'm wondering if it would be okay to take an antacid like aciloc alongside biokare od to help with these side effects. What do you recommend?
Yes you can use acolic when u have such episodes but ask your dermatologist for alternate medicine because dizziness is unusual symptom which says its showing hypersensitivity.

I'm really not sure of the best way to treat it, and I could use some guidance on where to start. Any advice on how to handle this would be much appreciated.
