I'm experiencing some allergic reactions on my face after using tretin. I was advised to start with applying it for 10 minutes, then move to 20 minutes, and eventually increase the duration gradually. But there was this one time I left it on for a longer period, and that's when I noticed these reactions. There are dry patches on the affected area now. What should I do?

View allI've been using Cutihyde and Momerex creams for my black spots for about 4 years now. They worked great, but every time I try to stop, the spots come back. I even tried using different creams like one with kojic acid, but they didn't work for me. I haven't used Cutihyde and Momerex creams since last month, and now the spots are bigger than ever. I'm really worried about this and I feel embarrassed facing people. Can you help me figure out what I should do?
It seems like you have been dealing with stubborn black spots on your face. Since you have already tried cutihyde and momerex creams which were effective but the spots reappear when you stop using them, I would recommend trying a combination of creams containing hydroquinone, tretinoin, and a corticosteroid. You can use a cream like Tri-Luma, applying a thin layer once daily at night. Make sure to use sunscreen during the day as these ingredients can increase sensitivity to the sun. Additionally, incorporating a vitamin C serum in your skincare routine can also help with fading dark spots. Remember to be patient as it may take some time to see results.

I'm struggling with my moustache not growing in the middle, and it's been this way since I started noticing facial hair. My beard also isn't as dense as I'd like. Interestingly, my dad has a really full moustache. Could there be a genetic reason or something else at play here? What can I do to encourage more growth?
