I'm experiencing some allergic reactions on my face after using tretin. I was advised to start with applying it for 10 minutes, then move to 20 minutes, and eventually increase the duration gradually. But there was this one time I left it on for a longer period, and that's when I noticed these reactions. There are dry patches on the affected area now. What should I do?

I'm a 26-year-old and currently unmarried, and I've been dealing with some hair fall issues. I went to see a dermatologist about it, and they recommended I take Androanagen tablets for three months, totaling 90 tablets. However, I recently heard that these tablets might lead to male infertility, which has me a bit worried. Could you help me understand if it's safe for me to take Androanagen?
Continue same treatment as adised by the dermatologist.
