I've got this wart on my eyebrow that's been bothering me. I tried using baking soda mixed with vinegar to get rid of it, but it doesn't seem to be working. Do you think it's safe to have it removed with a laser?

I've heard laser hair removal might help but I'm not sure if it's safe for my skin or if it'll make the acne worse. Can you recommend a good clinic or explain how laser surgery works for these issues? Also, will it help with the scars or do I need separate treatment for that?
