I'm really worried. My friend just stopped taking Cilidin, Angiplast 6.4, and Jalra tabs all at once. What could happen to them? Is there something specific we should watch out for or do?

View allI'm concerned about the increase in my cholesterol levels over the past few months. Back in October 2021, my total cholesterol was 190 mgdL and LDL was 115 mgdL. But in January 2022, my total cholesterol went up to 210 mgdL and LDL to 128 mgdL. I'm worried about this change and wondering what might have caused it. Could you suggest some ways to manage or reduce these levels?
In Oct 2021, your total cholesterol was 190 mgdl and LDL was 115 mgdl. In Jan 2022, your total cholesterol increased to 210 mgdl and LDL increased to 128 mgdl. The reason for the increase in cholesterol levels could be due to dietary changes, lack of physical activity, or genetic factors. To help lower your cholesterol levels, you can try incorporating lifestyle changes such as regular exercise, a healthy diet low in saturated fats and cholesterol, and possibly medication if recommended by your healthcare provider. For example, you can consider taking Atorvastatin 20mg once daily to help lower your LDL cholesterol levels.

I've been dealing with a really high pulse rate and Im not sure why. Every time I check it with my digital sphygmomanometer, it reads between 95 to 110, and thats without any physical activity. My blood pressure usually hovers around 105 over 55. On top of that, Ive been experiencing severe abdominal pain and a constant feeling of nausea for the past few weeks. Could these symptoms be related, and what should I do about it?
Your pulse rate is slightly elevated (95-110 bpm), and your blood pressure is on the lower side (10555). Combined with your abdominal pain and nausea, this could indicate dehydration, stress, or an underlying medical condition like gastritis or an infection. I recommend seeing a doctor promptly for a detailed evaluation and necessary tests.

I've got some concerns about my cholesterol and liver enzyme levels. My total cholesterol is at 254 and LDL is 166. On top of that, my SGPT is 108 and SGOT is 120. My doctor is recommending statins, but I'm wondering if that's really necessary? Could I just stick to a healthy diet instead? Would love another perspective on this.
