I'm recovering from typhoid and noticed my body temperature goes up to 99.1F. Is this still considered a fever, or is it within the normal range? Also, I'm wondering if it's safe for me to be in an air-conditioned room at work. Can I resume going to the office, or should I take more precautions?

I'm feeling really worried because I've been experiencing dizziness that just won't go awayits been almost a week now. On top of that, Ive lost my appetite, and I keep getting these sudden sharp pains in my chest and abdomen. My neck also feels really stiff.
