I'm recovering from typhoid and noticed my body temperature goes up to 99.1F. Is this still considered a fever, or is it within the normal range? Also, I'm wondering if it's safe for me to be in an air-conditioned room at work. Can I resume going to the office, or should I take more precautions?

I've been jogging for the past 9 months and it was going great until last month. Now I'm experiencing shortness of breath even with minimal physical activity and I can't jog or cycle like I used to.
