I'm a reverted Muslim and considering getting khatna done. Can you tell me how much the surgery usually costs and how many days I'd need to stay in the hospital?

The cost varies depending on the area and the hospital . In Chennai, it costs between 30000 to 40000 if done under general anaesthetic. You will need to take off work for about 1 week and may be two weeks. You will start to move about 6- 8 hours after surgery

View allI've been wondering about something that's been stressing me out a bit. So, I started masturbating when I was young but stopped when I was 15, and I was still a virgin then. I picked it up again at 18 after a three-year break. Initially, I tried to delay ejaculation, but after a few weeks, I started having issues. I'm going to the bathroom way more often, and I feel some pain in my penis and testicles. Even right after urinating, I still get this urgent feeling like I need to go again. Add to this, I lost my virginity and noticed that even after doing it quite a few times, I can't hold my ejaculation for more than a minute. I still masturbate regularly 'cause I can't really control the urge, and I'm really concerned. I can't help but wonder if these issues could be connected to my masturbation habits or not. Is this something that might mess with my sex life in the future, like after getting married? Any advice or solutions would be really appreciated.
Your issues with frequent urination and rapid ejaculation may be interrelated and potentially linked to your masturbation habits, particularly the practice of holding back ejaculation, which can lead to pelvic floor muscle dysfunction, prostate issues, and ejaculatory control problems; to address these issues, consider consulting a urologist or a sex therapist who can help you develop healthier masturbation habits, improve pelvic floor muscle function, and provide guidance on managing ejaculation and urinary frequency, which will be beneficial for your future sex life, including after marriage.

I drink a lot of water every day but I pee very frequently like within an hour after drinking 500ml. Is this a urinary problem? If I don't drink water, I can go 5 hours without feeling the urge. My dad recently had prostate surgery at 75 could I have something similar? Also, how do I bring up checking my testicles with the doc since it's related to my urinary issues? Should I get any tests done to figure this out?
Peeing frequently is often the result of drinking too much fluid but can indicate conditions such as urethritis or urinary tract infections. Urinating is how the body removes waste fluids. Urine, which contains water, uric acid, urea, and toxins, stays in the bladder until it reaches a point of fullness.

I've been having really bad pain in my lower abdomen and my IVP report says my left kidney isn't showing up on the scan. The doctor told me my left kidney is in the tube and surgery isn't an option. I'm really worried is there any chance surgery could still be possible? What does this mean for me?
