I'm scheduled for a varicocelectomy and have hypothyroidism currently taking Thyronorm 150mg. Will my thyroid levels being too high or low cause any issues during the surgery? Could thyroid hormone levels affect how the procedure goes or my recovery?

I'm looking at my daughter's diagnostic report, and her TSH level is 8.7. From what I understand, it should be under 5.5. She's only 11 years old, so I'm just wondering if this is normal for her age or if there's something we need to address. Any advice on what steps we should take?

Why is my TSH level suddenly dropping so low to 0.014? My HbA1c is at 8.5 and everything else, like my BP and cholesterol, seem normal. I'm a bit worried about the low TSH. Is there a way to increase it? What steps should I take?
