I'm scheduled for a varicocelectomy and have hypothyroidism currently taking Thyronorm 150mg. Will my thyroid levels being too high or low cause any issues during the surgery? Could thyroid hormone levels affect how the procedure goes or my recovery?

I'm a 19-year-old guy, and I'm about 5'4". I've been looking into ways to grow taller and came across something called SBL Rite-Hite. I'm curious about how I should be taking it. Could you suggest the right dosage for me? Also, any tips on how I can increase my height at this age would be really helpful.
For height growth, consider ORTHOPAEDICIAN before taking any supplements like SBL Right Hite; however, here are some general tips to support height growth: maintain a balanced diet rich in calcium, vitamin D, and protein, exercise regularly, focusing on stretching and strengthening exercises like yoga or Pilates, get adequate sleep (7-9 hours), manage stress, and consider incorporating height-promoting nutrients like zinc, magnesium, and vitamin B12 into your diet.

I'm 17 and a guy, and I've been masturbating every day since I was 15, but I've cut back now. I'm a bit worried if this might have caused a rise in my prolactin levels, leading to low testosterone. Could this also be why I'm not growing much of a beard?
Excessive masturbation does not directly cause an increase in prolactin levels, which can affect testosterone production. However, chronic stress or certain medications can lead to elevated prolactin levels. To help regulate testosterone levels and promote beard growth, you can consider taking supplements like zinc and vitamin D. Additionally, maintaining a healthy diet and regular exercise routine can also support hormone balance.
