I'm sharing my chest X-ray results from after I had COVID. Can you let me know if everything looks alright with my lungs, and if there's a chance they'll keep getting better? I've also attached the X-ray taken during COVID, about 30 days ago, for comparison.

I've been dealing with this cough and some phlegm in my throat, but oddly, there's no fever or cold symptoms along with it. It's just the cough thats bugging me, even after one round of antibiotics. I dont cough all the time, but I can definitely feel that there's phlegm there. What's going on here? Should I be concerned or doing something different?

I'm having wheezing for the past couple of days, mostly at night and not so much during the day. My doctor told me to use one puff at night an hour before I go to sleep. I'm wondering if I should gargle my throat right after using the inhaler, or if there's anything else I should be doing. Also, if I stop using the inhaler after 15 days, could the wheezing come back?

Yes ,gargling is advised to the patient inorder to prevent fungal infection.

I've been dealing with a cough for nearly two years, and about three months ago, my doctor sent me for Blood IgE, PFT, and FENO tests. Based on my IgE results, I finished a course of allergy tablets, and I was also prescribed Esiflo, which I'm supposed to take with Lupihaler. I initially felt dizzy on this medication, so I stopped after a couple of days, but I've restarted at a reduced dose. Should I keep taking Esiflo even though it makes me feel uncomfortable? And looking at my PFT and FENO reports, do they suggest if my lungs are in bad shape? I'm also experiencing some shortness of breath and chest heaviness lately. I can't reach my doctor right now, so I'd really appreciate some insight. Thank you.

Yes,continue same treatment as advised.
