I'm Siddhu and I've got some long-term acne scars on both sides of my cheeks. I've tried a bunch of creams, but they just make me look unnatural. So, I'm thinking about using a 0.5mm dermaroller on my face. I'm 18, and I'm really wondering if it's safe to use one at my age? Are there any future risks, or is it completely safe? Can you give me some honest advice and safety tips about using it on my face?

I've noticed a small lump in my armpit, and it's swollen and hurts a bit when I move my arm. Should I be worried about this?
It sounds like you may have a swollen lymph node in your armpit, which can be caused by various reasons such as infection or inflammation. To help reduce the swelling and pain, you can take over-the-counter pain relievers like acetaminophen. Additionally, you can apply a warm compress to the area for 10-15 minutes a few times a day. If the swelling and pain persist or worsen, it's important to consult with a healthcare professional for further evaluation and treatment.

I'm using metacortil lite cream for about a week now for my pimple marks and to lighten my skin tone. I havent noticed any side effects yet and no breakouts either. The marks are getting lighter too. My concern is, will this cream make my skin darker in the future? And what happens if I stop using it once my skin becomes clear and fair?
