I've been using Melacare cream for over a year now and I'm really worried because I want to stop using it. The problem is, I've lost my fairness and now my face is covered in acne. How can I get my clear skin back and safely stop using this cream?

I'm Bibek, and I'm 18 years old. I've read lots of articles about boosting beard growth, but unfortunately, they've all come up short so far. I'm genuinely curiousdoes applying sperm on my face really help with growing a beard? Could you shed some light on this for me?

Applying sperm on the face is a common myth with no scientific basis for increasing beard growth. In fact, it's not recommended due to potential skin irritation and infection risks.

I'm having this intense, painful itching all over my body every winter, especially when I start moving around, like when I'm walking. It feels like I'm being stabbed by a thousand tiny needles, mostly on my upper body and legs. Its crazy painful, but it seems to disappear once I start sweating. Lately, I've noticed these small bump-like things appearing during these itching episodes, but they vanish after a few hours. I'm really curious about what's causing this. Also, I've got this recurring issue with my fingers; they keep getting dry. Vaseline helps for a bit, but the dryness just comes back. Any idea what's going on with that?

Apply moisturizers more frequently throughout the day, especially after washing your hands. Look for creams that contain glycerin, hyaluronic acid, or ceramides. Consider using gentle, hydrating hand soaps and avoid washing your hands with very hot water, as it can dry out the skin. Wear gloves when you're outdoors in cold weather to protect your hands from the elements. Avoid harsh chemicals like cleaning products that can further dry out the skin.

I've been taking Follihair for the last couple of weeks, and ever since, I've noticed I'm gaining weight and losing my appetite. Plus, my skin is breaking out quite a bit too. I'm really concerned about these changes and wondering what might be causing them. Could it be related to the Follihair? What should I do about these issues?
