I've been having this horrible itching that started in my hands, feet, and vaginal area about a week ago. I took levocetirizine for four days, and though it seemed to help a bit, the itching came back around day three. Now its spread to my upper back and chest. It's really uncomfortable and bothering me a lot. Could you please guide me on what might be happening and what I can do to relieve this itching?

Since you have already taken levocetirizine without much relief, I recommend trying a different antihistamine such as Fexofenadine (Allegra) or Hydroxyzine (Avil).
