I'm starting to get really worried because my heart's been racing for the last day and a half. It's super uncomfortable and happens whether I'm sitting or standing. I'm not even exercising or anything, so I can't figure out what's causing it. What should I do?

I've noticed my blood pressure has been fluctuating between 130 to 170 recently, but from yesterday, it's been around 140 to 156. What's really been worrying me is that my diastolic pressure stays pretty high, always between 90 and 110. I'm a bit worried about the change in meds. Initially, after just taking Telma AM 40, there was swelling in the feet, and the doc switched to TELMA 40 which was alright for a while, but then my blood pressure got high again. Now they've got me on TELMIKIND 40 H S and NUMLO5 for the past 8 days. But after taking them, I start feeling really weak and lethargic just a few hours later. Is this normal side effect or should I be concerned about this change?
