I'm still a virgin and I'm really curious about what to expect the first time I have intercourse. Does it hurt a lot and is bleeding normal? If it does bleed, how long should I expect that to last? Also, I've noticed I can insert a finger into my vaginadoes that mean I don't have a hymen anymore? I'd love some clarity on all this.

First-time intercourse can be painful and may cause bleeding due to hymenal tearing, but this varies from person to person; bleeding, if it occurs, usually lasts a few hours to a few days; being able to insert a single finger into the vagina doesn't necessarily mean you don't have a hymen, as hymens come in different shapes and sizes, and some may be more elastic or flexible.

Tetanus Injection After a Cut: Guidance _Tetanus Risk Assessment:_ 1. _Dirty or rusty object_: Since the cut was from a kitchen knife, the risk of tetanus is relatively low. 2. _Blood exposure_: Blood was present, but this doesn't necessarily increase the tetanus risk. _Tetanus Injection Recommendations:_ 1. _Up-to-date tetanus vaccination_: If you've received a tetanus booster within the past 10 years, you likely don't need another injection. 2. _Clean and minor wound_: Given the cut is from a clean kitchen knife and is minor, a tetanus injection might not be necessary. _Precautions and Next Steps:_ 1. _Clean and dress the wound_: Immediately clean the cut with soap and water, apply antibiotic ointment, and cover with a bandage. 2. _Monitor for infection_: Watch for signs of infection, such as redness, swelling, increased pain, or pus.

I've been experiencing a delay in my periods but haven't noticed any other issues, aside from normal white discharge. Should I be concerned, and what might be causing this delay? Any advice on how to address it would be really appreciated!
A delay in periods can be caused by various factors like stress, hormonal changes, or lifestyle shifts. If the white discharge is normal and there are no other symptoms, it may be a temporary issue, but if it persists, consider consulting a healthcare provider to rule out any underlying concerns.

What's the average cost for laparoscopy and ectopic pregnancy surgery in Mumbai? I'm really worried about the expenses can it be done under 50,000 or is it way more expensive than that? Just need an approximate idea to plan things out.
Yes, minimally invasive surgery is generally a good option. It usually results in faster recovery, less pain, and minimal scarring. However, final decision depends on imaging findings, symptoms, and your overall health—please consult your gynecologist.
