I'm kind of in a bind because I can't remember the exact date of my last period. I think it might have been around October 29th, but I'm not sure. I've had sex with my boyfriend, and now I'm worried. Can you suggest a way or a tablet that could help bring on my period quickly?

I have a 4.4cm functional follicular cyst on my left ovary with benign features but my periods have been irregular and frequent happening twice recently Will this cyst resolve on its own or do I need surgery
A functional follicular cyst of this size is likely to resolve on its own. It's common for them to disappear within a few months, and your doctor may recommend a "wait-and-see" approach with a follow-up ultrasound to monitor its size. If the cyst doesn't resolve or if you experience symptoms like pain or pelvic fullness, surgery might be considered. Surgery is also recommended if the cyst is very large or if there's suspicion of a more complex cyst

I'm 7 months pregnant and dealing with a dry cold and cough. Is it safe for me to take Asthakind DX syrup for this? I'm really worried and would appreciate your advice.
asthakind dx syrup contains mainly contains bromhexine and pheniramine. These can be taken safely in pregnancy. However it is always recommended not to take any tablets except for iron and folic acid during pregnancy. But if the cold and cough is severe then you can take it. However it is best to confirm with your obstetrician once before you take it. They might be start you on some antibiotics like azithromycin which are safe in pregnancy. for now you can take steam inhalation for temporary relief
