I'm struggling with a pretty stubborn case of jock itch. It's been lingering for about a month, and even though it's a bit better now, the itching is still quite intense. Can you suggest a good antifungal cream to help clear this up?

-For jock itch, you can use Clotrimazole cream (e.g., Candid or Lotrimin) or Ketoconazole cream (e.g., Nizoral). Apply a thin layer twice daily after washing and drying the area thoroughly. Continue using it for at least 2 weeks after the itching subsides

View allI've noticed these brown scars under both of my arms for over two months now. I'm 42 and they don't itch or hurt, but I'm wondering what might be going on. Should I be worried about these scars?
You may be dealing with post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, which can occur after skin trauma or inflammation. If the scars do not improve with these measures, you may consider consulting a dermatologist for further evaluation and treatment options.

I'm really struggling to find a safe night cream because my skin is sensitive and has a dusky tone. Is it okay to use Lacto Calamine? If it's not the best option, could you suggest some safer alternatives? I'm just worried about causing any irritation or breakouts.
Lacto Calamine can be safe to use for sensitive skin, but it may not be suitable for everyone. If you are looking for safer substitutes, you can consider using Cetaphil Moisturizing Cream or Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Lotion. These are gentle on the skin and can help with hydration without causing irritation. Apply a thin layer of the moisturizer on your face at night before going to bed for best results.
