I'm struggling with some chest congestion. It gets worse whenever I'm in an air-conditioned room or after having cold drinks. It's really hard to breathe sometimes, and I can feel the congestion in my lungs and chest. Could you recommend some medicine or advice on what to do?

Could you help me understand what the results from these tests mean? I'm really concerned and just want to know what's going on with my lungs.

I've been having trouble breathing at times, like my lungs aren't fully filling up with air, even though my oxygen levels are normal at 96-98. I got over COVID about two months ago, and Im doing the six-minute walk test without any drop in oxygen saturation. What could be going on?
