I'm struggling with some chest congestion. It gets worse whenever I'm in an air-conditioned room or after having cold drinks. It's really hard to breathe sometimes, and I can feel the congestion in my lungs and chest. Could you recommend some medicine or advice on what to do?

View allI'm really concerned about this - can pulmonary TB come back after you've been treated successfully and your sputum test from a bronchoscopy is negative? Also, is it normal to sometimes feel a bit of pain in the lungs while breathing if you recovered from TB and finished the treatment just last year?
Yes ,it can re-occur. Symtoms are normal.

I've been having this issue where I'm coughing up green and yellow phlegm for the past four days. It used to be white but then turned to green and yellow. My nose feels really congested, but I don't have a fever, fatigue, or any lethargy. I went through a CECT scan of my thorax earlier and everything came back normal, no abnormalities. Usually, this starts in the early morning and lasts through the night, but it doesn't disturb my sleep. Should I be worried, or is there something specific going on that I should get checked out?
take a course of antibiotic like amoxyclav for 5 days teice a day
