I'm suddenly experiencing really intense pain in my back and hip, and it's so bad I can barely move. I'm worried it might be due to gas or something else. Can you help me figure out what's going on and suggest what I can do about it?

- Vaccination during menstruation is generally safe.
- No specific precautions are required.
Considerations
- Pain management: Menstrual cramps might be exacerbated by vaccine-related pain. Consider taking pain relievers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen.
- Increased bleeding risk: If you're taking anticoagulants or have bleeding disorders, consult your doctor.
- Anxiety and stress: Menstruation can increase stress levels. Relaxation techniques, like deep breathing or meditation, may help.

View allI've recently tested positive for Covid-19 on April 28th and have thankfully recovered by now. I'm curious about what post-Covid tests or check-ups I should consider to ensure everything's back to normal. Could you guide me on this?

I'm on chymoral forte three times daily and cynomycin twice a day, but I didn't catch when exactly I'm supposed to take them. Is it supposed to be before or after meals? And how long should I wait between eating and taking these meds? I found some info online saying chymoral forte is to be taken half an hour before meals and cynomycin two hours after meals. Does that sound right to you?
both medicine should be taken after food

I'm really worried because I've had a fever for the past 5 days, and after seeing a doctor, I found out that my white blood cell count is down to 2300 and my platelets are at 0.81 lakhs. I did a dengue test today, and it came back positive, but I haven't noticed any improvement yet. My doctor mentioned something about starting treatment on the 5th day. Can you please help me understand what kind of treatment to expect for dengue?
Hi there I understand your concern... There is no specific treatment for dengue its just supportive and symptomatic...treatment is mainly to reduce fever, prevent dehydration and to observe patient carefully...if you are not having spontaneous bleeding nothing to worry... Just consult nearest physician and get your platelets checked daily as count bellow 20k may lead to dengue shock syndrome in that case you will require platelets transfusion...
