I'm suffering from severe gastroparesis and the pain is unbearable all the time. Are there any surgical options available in India for this condition and where can I get treated?

Yes, surgical options are available in India for severe gastroparesis, but they are generally considered as a last resort after other treatments have failed. The most common surgical procedures include jejunostomy tube placement, gastric venting tube placement, and in severe cases, even a gastrectomy.

I accidentally took some medicine meant for acidity issues, but I realized afterward that it expired about three years ago. Should I be worried about any side effects or problems because of this?

Microfacture Surgery and Height Increase* 1. *Microfacture surgery*: This procedure is typically used to repair cartilage defects, not to increase height. 2. *Shin bone (tibia) lengthening*: This is a separate surgical procedure, often performed using external fixation devices or internal lengthening nails. 3. *Height increase*: The amount of height increase achievable through surgery varies depending on individual factors, such as bone health, age, and overall health. *Timeline for 1 cm Height Increase* The timeline for a 1 cm height increase through surgery can vary significantly. Here are some general guidelines: 1. *Pre-surgical preparation*: 1-3 months 2. *Surgery and initial recovery*: 2-6 months 3. *Lengthening process*: 2-6 months (depending on the method used) 4. *Consolidation and rehabilitation*: 6-12 months Please note that these timeframes are approximate and can vary depending on individual circumstances.

my mom is 60 and has gallstones but isn't showing any symptoms right now is surgery really the only option or can gallstones be treated without it are there homeopathic or ayurvedic treatments that actually work to remove them or if there are no symptoms can we just leave them alone without any treatment

I've been feeling really off since I ate at this remote place on Saturday. I woke up the next morning with diarrhea, fever, and just like my energy was drained. I can hardly stand or sit for long periods without feeling exhausted. The doctor gave me Unienzyme and NorflaxTZ with electrol, and while the fever's gone, the diarrhea is still hanging around. Is this normal? Should I be worried that it's not stopping? What can I do to feel better faster?

That could be food poisoning no need to worry, consume plenty of water stay hydrated,if its still continuing, you can take tab Redotil 100mg three times in a day.
