I'm thinking about getting keloid injections and I'm a bit worried. Can you tell me if these injections have any side effects? Also, what if I have a lot of keloids? Does that change anything? I'm just trying to figure out what to expect.

I've had these fat glands on my body since childhood and they keep increasing over time. They don't hurt but I really want to get rid of them. A doctor told me it's hereditary and harmless but I'm still bothered by them. Are there any medicines that can dissolve them or will I need surgery to remove them
