I'm thinking about getting a mole on the tip of my nose removed using the punch biopsy method. I'm curious about how long the healing process might take and if a scar will be left behind after the biopsy. I've even attached a picture of the mole. Can you provide some insight?

I've been having this burning pain in my left armpit for the past two weeks. I got an ultrasound of my breast, and it showed enlarged lymph nodes in both armpits and a cyst in one breast. But the doctor said that couldn't be the cause of the burning. I'm really curious why there's still this burning sensation. I did notice some redness and irritation in the same armpit about three weeks ago after using some perfume, but that seems to have gotten better. There's no burning in my right armpit. Are there any ideas on what could be causing this since I don't see any visible patch?
