I'm really worried because I've been dealing with scabies for over a month and it's just not getting better. I've got this constant itching everywhere on my hands, feet, finger webs, underarms, and even inside my vagina and around the anal area. My dermatologist has prescribed a bunch of antifungal tablets, vaginal creams, and antiparasitic meds, but once the treatment cycle ends, the itching just starts up again. I'm starting to wonder, can scabies actually cause itching inside the vagina and anal area? What should I do if the medications aren't helping?
Scabies can cause intense itching, including in the genital and anal areas, due to the mite burrowing into the skin; to address your persistent symptoms, consider the following: - Re-consult your dermatologist for a thorough re-evaluation. - Ensure proper treatment of all household members and close contacts. - Use topical permethrin cream (5%) or oral ivermectin as prescribed. - Apply topical creams or ointments exactly as directed. - Wash and dry clothing, bedding, and towels in hot water and dry on a hot setting. - Dry-clean or seal in a plastic bag for 3 days any items that can't be washed.

I've just started taking Morr F 5 for my ADA, and my hair fall's actually gotten worse since day one. Is this normal? Why is it happening, and when can I expect it to calm down and see some hair regrowth?
Hairfall will contine for a 3 months and regrowth will start after 3-6 month of use.
