I'm thinking about getting Q-switch Nd:YAG laser treatment for my dark lips and I'm a bit concerned about its safety. If the dark pigmentation on my lips is removed, will it come back again? I dont think its genetic since no one in my family has it, and Im not a smoker. I developed it when I turned 13. Could it be related to mild PCOS?

I'm dealing with vitiligo and my doctor suggested using Melback lotion, but I can't find it anywhere. I did come across Melgain at the drugstore though. Can I use Melgain as a substitute? What's the difference between Melback and Melgain, and how exactly does Melgain work? Would appreciate any advice on how to use it properly.

I noticed a light black-brown vertical line on my left thumb today. I don't recall injuring it, but I'm pretty certain it wasn't there before. There's no pain or anything. Could this be something serious?
