I'm thinking about getting Q-switch Nd:YAG laser treatment for my dark lips and I'm a bit concerned about its safety. If the dark pigmentation on my lips is removed, will it come back again? I dont think its genetic since no one in my family has it, and Im not a smoker. I developed it when I turned 13. Could it be related to mild PCOS?

I'm a 28-year-old male and I've got a fungal infection in my genital area. I've been using Onabet cream, which has Sertaconazole Nitrate in it. I've heard that nitrogen compounds can be harmful to the skin because they can break it down. Since Onabet contains a nitrate compound, I'm worried if it's actually safe to use it in such a sensitive area. Should I keep using Onabet for my condition? I'm really in need of some advice.
