I'm thinking about starting my day with two boiled eggs on an empty stomach, but I've heard mixed things about it. Some people say it might cause gas. Is it actually safe to eat boiled eggs first thing in the morning, or should I be concerned about digestive issues?

I'm worried about my brother. His SGOT is at 80 and SGPT is 50. He doesn't drink much, maybe once a month, and he's on the heavier side. My dad had hepatitis B, but my brother was tested four years ago after my dad passed away, and his test came back negative. I'm really concerned about what could be going on with him. Could you help figure out what's happening?

I was recently diagnosed with mild jaundice and fatty liver, and my doctor suggested seeing a dietician. They also found gallstones but said to hold off on surgery until my liver improves. Should I be worried about delaying the gallstone surgery, and what kind of diet changes would help my liver recover faster?
for fatty liver start orange juice with olive oil and garlic and ginger
