I'm thinking about trying a Vitamin C and hyaluronic acid serum for my dull and pigmented skin because a friend recommended it. My face has quite a few marks, and I'm really hoping this might help. But I'm just a bit worried and want to know if it's safe to use. Are there any specific brands you would recommend?

I've had these little white spots or bumps on the inside of my thighs for about 10 days now, and they're super itchy. I've tried using calamine lotion, but it doesn't seem to be helping at all. I'm having a really uncomfortable skin reaction after eating mangoes. My whole body is covered in red marks, and it gets worse if I miss a dose of the medications the doctors gave me: ommacortil, patadin, levosiz, and ranitidine. Is there anything specific I should avoid eating in this situation? And is it possible to find a permanent solution to stop this?
