I'm thinking about trying a Vitamin C and hyaluronic acid serum for my dull and pigmented skin because a friend recommended it. My face has quite a few marks, and I'm really hoping this might help. But I'm just a bit worried and want to know if it's safe to use. Are there any specific brands you would recommend?

View allI'm dealing with dandruff and someone suggested I try KZ lotion. Can you tell me how to use it properly? Like, should I apply it a few hours before showering, and does my hair need to be dry or wet when applying it? Also, do I need to use any oil beforehand?
CreamGelLotion: Wash and dry the infected area of the skin. Take a small amount of creamgellotion on the finger and gently rub on the clean and dry affected area and surrounding skin. It is only for external use. Avoid contact of creamgellotion with the nose, mouth, or eyes. In case it comes in contact with these areas accidentally, rinse with water thoroughly. Wash your hands before and after using creamgellotion if hands are not the affected area to prevent the spread of infection.Shampoo: Wash your hair with the shampoo and leave it on for 3 to 5 minutes. Then, rinse thoroughly with water.

I'm having trouble fully retracting the skin on my penis because it seems attached to the frenulum. What can I do to address this, and is there an easy way to deal with it?
You cant remove it.if it is painful or unable to retract the foreskin, then that could be phymosis for which you have to visit your surgeon for appropriate management.
