I'm thinking about using a derma roller for my face, but I'm not entirely sure how to properly sanitize it. I'm wondering if it's okay to use Dettol or Savlon to clean it. Could you walk me through the sanitizing process? I'm a bit worried about making sure it's safe to use on my skin.

While Dettol or Savlon can be used to sanitize a derma roller, a more recommended approach is to soak the derma roller in a mixture of 70% isopropyl alcohol (IPA) or ethanol for 5-10 minutes, then rinse with sterile or distilled water, and let air-dry; this method is gentler on the needles and more effective against bacteria and other microorganisms.

I've been dealing with these red rings that itch for about six months now. Some medications help, but only for a short time, and then the rings come back. What might be causing this, and is there a better way to treat or manage it? I'm a bit worried since it's been going on for quite a while.

How much do glutathione injections cost in India, and are they really effective for skin whitening? I'm curious to know how long they typically take to show results and if they're worth trying. Can you provide any insights on the pricing and overall effectiveness?
