I'm trying to figure out the best way to treat my seborrheic dermatitis and I'm a bit overwhelmed with the options. Should I be looking at Ayurvedic methods, stick with allopathic treatments, or try homeopathy? I really just want what will work best without too many side effects. Any advice would be really appreciated!

Tab Patchex contains Pentoxyfylline and is used in the treatment of Vitiligo. It helps in improving blood circulation and reducing inflammation. The usual dosage is 400mg three times a day. Tacrovera solution contains Tacrolimus and is also used in the treatment of Vitiligo. It works by suppressing the immune system in the skin. The usual dosage is to apply a thin layer on the affected skin twice daily. Both these medications have shown effectiveness in treating Vitiligo, but individual responses may vary.
