Question

I'm trying to figure out the best way to treat my seborrheic dermatitis and I'm a bit overwhelmed with the options. Should I be looking at Ayurvedic methods, stick with allopathic treatments, or try homeopathy? I really just want what will work best without too many side effects. Any advice would be really appreciated!

The rash is bumpy and really itchy, plus it feels like the skin is getting kind of dry. What should I do?
