I'm trying to figure out the best way to treat my seborrheic dermatitis and I'm a bit overwhelmed with the options. Should I be looking at Ayurvedic methods, stick with allopathic treatments, or try homeopathy? I really just want what will work best without too many side effects. Any advice would be really appreciated!

I'm considering using Dr. Reddy's Minoxidil topical solution USP 2 for hair regrowth, but I'm not sure if I need to see a doctor for a prescription first. Is it safe to start using it on my own, or do I really need to check with a healthcare professional? I've read a bit about it but want to be certain about any risks or side effects I should be aware of. Would really appreciate your advice!
