I've been dealing with telogen effluvium for the past three weeks, and I'm really worried about losing between 500 to 600 hairs a day. Is this kind of hair loss normal during telogen effluvium, or should I be concerned?

I'm dealing with a lot of small pimples on my face, and my mom told me to try using Panderm Plus. Do you think that's a good idea to help clear up my skin? I'm a bit worried about whether it's safe or the right choice. What do you suggest?

Clinsol gel for local application is advised for 3-6 weeks.

I've recently stopped taking Diane 35, which I used for about 6 months to manage my acne. Now, I'm experiencing a lot of hair fall and I'm really concerned. Could this be a side effect of stopping the medication? How long should I expect this hair loss to continue? It's really worrying me.
