I'm trying to figure out if a blood pressure reading of 10080 is normal, especially since I've heard that during pregnancy, blood pressure can be lower. Also, I'm only experiencing spotting, but my home pregnancy test came back negative. Today's the 38th day of my cycle. What could be going on?

View allI found out I have a 6cm fibroid near my left ovary and my doctor recommended laparoscopy - can this type of surgery completely remove it or would I need a bigger abdominal operation? I'm worried about whether laparoscopy will be enough to take care of it or if the fibroid might need more invasive treatment
A 6cm fibroid near your left ovary warrants consideration for removal, and laparoscopy is a viable option. Laparoscopy allows for minimally invasive surgical removal of fibroids, particularly those up to 7-8cm, according to Ankuran IVF Clinic. Your doctor's recommendation is likely due to the fibroid's size, its location near the ovary, and potentially the presence of symptoms like heavy bleeding or pain.

I've been diagnosed with a paraovarian cyst and I'm wondering if Ayurveda has any treatment options for it. Is it possible to cure this without surgery? I'm not very comfortable with the idea of surgery and wanted to explore Ayurvedic alternatives first. What would you recommend?

Why am I always wet down there and smelly?
It can be due to bacterial vaginosis, a vaginal infection, that's caused when the balance of good and bad bacteria in your vagina is upset.
