I'm trying to figure out if Uv doux silicon sunscreen gel with SPF 50 would be okay for my oily, acne-prone, and sensitive skin. Do I need to put a moisturizer on before applying it, or is it alright to use directly?

I've just applied castor oil on my face for the first time, and suddenly I've got these small red bumps popping up all over. I'm not sure what's going on. Could you tell me what might be causing this and if there's any ointment or treatment I could use to help calm my skin down? Would appreciate any advice you have!

It sounds like you may be experiencing an allergic reaction or irritation from the castor oil. You can try using a hydrocortisone cream, such as Cortaid, to help reduce inflammation and itching. Apply a thin layer to the affected areas twice a day for up to a week. If the symptoms persist or worsen, please consult a doctor for further evaluation and management.

I'm dealing with a really stubborn fungal infection on my back, stomach, and ear. I've been taking Itraconazole 200 mg for three months and it seemed to clear up, but now, about ten days after stopping the medication, the itching is back, especially on my back and around my ear. Could you suggest a treatment plan or medication to help me get rid of this for good?
