I'm trying to figure out what the main difference is between using oxymetazoline and xylometazoline hydrochloride nasal sprays. Is one riskier than the other? I'm a bit worried about choosing the right one.

I'm scheduled to fly on Friday, and I'm worried if this might cause any issues during the flight. Should I be worried about this?

I've noticed this light yellow liquid leaking from my left nostril twice today when I bend my head, with about a 10-minute gap between each occurrence. It eventually stopped on its own, but I'm a bit concerned. Could you help me understand what's going on?
it can be bacterial rhinosinusitis.. need to be treated with proper antibiotic and other supportive treatment.. visit an ENT specialist for opinion..

I've been having this weird sensation on the left side of my throat, and its kind of bothering me. It's not painful or anything when I eat or drink, but it just feels odd. Do you have any idea what might be going on?
