I've been dealing with sinusitis for around 4 years and my left nostril is always blocked making it hard to breathe. I really don't want to get surgery can Ayurveda help treat DNS? Are there any effective natural remedies that could give me relief?

Yes, Ayurveda can offer natural remedies for sinusitis and potential relief from breathing difficulties caused by a deviated septum (DNS), even if surgery is not desired. Ayurvedic practices like Nasya, Neti, and lifestyle changes can help manage symptoms and potentially improve breathing

I'm experiencing this odd tick tick sound in my nose quite frequently, and every time I hear it, it seems like my nose suddenly clears up, but I dont have a cold. Could this be a sign of something serious?

it's unlikely to be anything major. it may be sound of secretions moving in a narrow space of your nose. anyways for confirmation you can consult nearby ENT specialist

I'm 21 and dealing with a septum deviation towards the right side plus a concha bullosa on the same side. My doctor mentioned surgery, but I'm wondering if it's really necessary. Do you think it's something I should go ahead with?

It is common to undergo surgery for septum deviation and concha bullosa if they are causing symptoms. The surgery is called septoplasty and it helps to correct the deviated septum and concha bullosa. It is usually recommended if you are experiencing difficulty breathing, frequent sinus infections, or other related symptoms. The surgery can improve airflow through the nose and alleviate symptoms. The doctor may also prescribe pain medication and nasal decongestants post-surgery to help with recovery.
