My left ear has completely lost hearing and the doctor said the nerves are dead. Is there any medicine that can help or are there hearing devices that can be surgically implanted to restore some hearing?

View allCan you help me figure out the right amount of Betadine to use for gargling? I already tried with a glass of water and mixed in 15ml, but it seemed too diluted. So, I added another 10-15ml to the warm water. Is that too much, or am I doing it right?
One cup of betadine (with the cup given with it) in half glass of water

I'm having some issues with pain in the right side of my neck, and it seems to be coming from a vein and extending to the lower part of my head. I also feel really cold and there's a heaviness in my right ear. Sometimes the pain gets really intense and I feel nauseous too. Can you help me understand what might be going on?
You may be experiencing symptoms of a sinus infection or sinusitis. I recommend taking a combination of a decongestant and pain reliever such as ibuprofen to help with the pain and congestion. Additionally, using a saline nasal spray can help with the cold symptoms and heaviness in the ear. If the symptoms persist or worsen, please follow up with your healthcare provider for further evaluation and management.
