I've been having this really uncomfortable chest tightness and trouble with breathing. My cardiologist didn't find any heart issues, but I'm also dealing with this weird nasal stuffiness and a heavy feeling from the top of my nose towards the back of my head. On top of that, I feel like something's choking me in my throat, and there's a tightness in my neck. Plus, I get dizzy sometimes. What do you think could be going on? I'm kinda starting to worry.

My reports show pleomorphic adenoma should I see an ENT specialist or a surgeon for this? Is surgery the only option or are there other treatments I can consider? I'm a bit worried about what this means and what steps to take next.
