I'm 27 years old, weigh 72kg, and my height is 174cm. Lately, I've been sneezing a lot in the mornings, probably because of the cold weather. I've also been feeling some heaviness in my head. When I blow my nose by pinching it shut, I hear this ticking sound near my nose. It even happens when I'm just doing normal activities. Does this sound like a sinus infection to you? Could it be because of the cold? I'm really curious and a bit worried about what's going on.

View allI'm dealing with a blocked ear and tried using soliwax for four days. Instead of getting better, it feels like it's more blocked. How can I get the wax out? Any advice would be really appreciated.
It seems like the earwax is impacted and not coming out with the use of Soliwax. You can try using Debrox ear drops to soften the wax. Put 5 to 10 drops in the affected ear and keep your head tilted for 5 minutes to let the drops penetrate. You can then rinse your ear gently with warm water using a bulb syringe to help remove the softened wax. If the blockage persists, please consult an ENT specialist for further evaluation and treatment.

I'm a bit concerned because I have this white spot on my right tonsil. There's no pain or fever with it, but I'm still curious about what it could be. Should I be worried about it, or is it something that's generally harmless?
If it is not causing any symptoms forget about it and maintain oral hygiene.
