I'm a bit concerned because I have this white spot on my right tonsil. There's no pain or fever with it, but I'm still curious about what it could be. Should I be worried about it, or is it something that's generally harmless?

If it is not causing any symptoms forget about it and maintain oral hygiene.

View allMy mom has a hole in her eardrum and it's causing a lot of issues. The ENT doctor recommended surgery but I'm wondering if there's any way to heal a ruptured eardrum without going through surgery
Yes, many ruptured eardrums heal on their own without surgery. If the hole is small, it may heal within a few weeks. Even if it doesn't heal on its own, there are other options like patching or ear drop therapy before considering surgery.
