I'm a bit concerned because I have this white spot on my right tonsil. There's no pain or fever with it, but I'm still curious about what it could be. Should I be worried about it, or is it something that's generally harmless?

I'm really puzzled about this recent issue with my left ear. For the past four days, whenever I sleep, my left ear gets blocked, and I can't seem to hear out of it. Swallowing's been causing me a bit of pain lately, and I've noticed this white spot on one side of my throat thats been bothering me. Its also giving me headaches. Should I be concerned about this? What could it be, and do I need to see someone about it?
