My mom had surgery for follicular neoplasm thyroiditis and now her voice sounds weak and unclear. Should she rest her voice or try to speak more to recover? Also, is there any risk of cancer after this type of surgery?

View allI'm dealing with Meniere's disease and I've noticed that whenever I take Vertin, my dizziness, shakiness, and ear fullness get much better. But when I skip it, these symptoms really kick in. Is it okay if I take Vertin every day to manage this, or should I just deal with the dizziness? A 16mg dose per day seems to work well for me.
YES you can take vertin tablet for long periods also no problem.

I'm dealing with a pretty painful ulcer on my uvula that I've had for about three days now. The doctor gave me some meds, but I'm really anxious to know how long it'll take to heal. Also, is there anything I can do to help ease the pain in the meantime? I've heard about using Betadine garglewould that be helpful? Any advice on speeding up the recovery would be appreciated.

So, I had a tympanoplasty type 1 ear surgery back on May 10, 2018, and my doctor removed some gel forms on June 5, but mentioned there's still a bit left on my eardrum. They can't clear it yet 'cause the doc's on leave, and advised me to use otocin o ear drops, four drops daily, until then. My worry is, when I put the ear drops in before bed, they don't seem to drain properly. Even after sleeping for 7 to 8 hours, the drops just come out when I wake up. Is it okay for the medicine to stay in my ear for that long, or should I be worried about how they're not draining? How long are ear drops typically supposed to stay in the ear anyway?
