I've recently gotten over COVID-19, but now I'm dealing with some post-COVID issues and I'm not sure what to do. I'm experiencing nasal congestion and occasional headaches. During my recovery, I was on steroids40mg for five days, 20mg for two days, and then 10mg for another two days. Afterwards, I took voriconazole 200mg for four days as per the advice I received. The nasal congestion feels really uncomfortable, and honestly, it's starting to scare me a bit. What should I do about this uneasiness?

View allI've got a situation with an enlarged submandibular gland that showed up as 11cm on the ultrasound. It's strange because there's no pain or swelling when I eat. I've been on Amoxy-Clav and Tibrolin tablets for about 12 days now, but there hasn't been any change. What could be going on, and should I be worried about this lack of improvement?

I'm dealing with Granular pharyngitis and my throat hurts a lot, almost once every one or two months. It's super painful and usually takes around a week to feel better. I had my tonsils taken out like 10-12 years ago. Is there any way to get rid of this for good? Or if not, what's the best next step I can take?
There could be a triggering factor for your recurrence identify it and avoid it, otherwise maintain healthy lifestyle and also maintain oral hygiene.

I've been dealing with sinus issues and nasal polyps for a while sometimes I feel okay, but other times there's constant sneezing, nose swelling, and watery discharge. One side of my nose is almost always blocked, and my nose bone seems slightly bent. Doctors have suggested surgery as the only option, but I'm wondering if there's any way to treat this without going under the knife. Are there non-surgical treatments that could help?
septoplasty is advised to the patient.
