My nose feels really dry, and I can even feel the dryness when I'm breathing. It's uncomfortable, and I've tried putting on some Vaseline, but I'm not sure if that's enough. Is there anything else I should be doing to help with this dryness?

I recommend using a saline nasal spray to help moisturize your nasal passages. You can also try using a humidifier in your room to add moisture to the air. If the dryness persists, you can use a nasal gel like Rhinase to help lubricate your nasal passages.

I'm tired of relying on meds like cetirizine and montelukast and have started jal neti and vaman for relief. Would surgery actually make a difference or are there other options I should consider?

It's a common procedure to improve airflow and reduce nasal congestion. However, it's crucial to consider other options and determine if surgery is the right fit for your individual situation.

I'm having some trouble with my breathing that's been going on for about a year now. Around this time last year, I started noticing a bit of a problem with my breath, like my nose isn't always open properly. Sometimes I have to breathe through my mouth, and it feels like there's some sort of blockage in my nose. It got better after a few weeks, but now I'm experiencing the same issues again. It gets harder to breathe whenever I try to sleep, and I've even started feeling some chest pain. What could be causing this?
