My nose feels really dry, and I can even feel the dryness when I'm breathing. It's uncomfortable, and I've tried putting on some Vaseline, but I'm not sure if that's enough. Is there anything else I should be doing to help with this dryness?

I recommend using a saline nasal spray to help moisturize your nasal passages. You can also try using a humidifier in your room to add moisture to the air. If the dryness persists, you can use a nasal gel like Rhinase to help lubricate your nasal passages.

I've been inhaling quite a bit of steam lately because of all the COVID stuff going on, and now I'm freaking out a bit. I'm feeling this weird burning sensation running from my throat to my chest. It's been a few days, and now my mouth and tongue are all red and irritated. I'm taking B Complex tablets like Folvite and Sucrafil Suspension for it. I'm worried that maybe I burned my airways with all that steam. What should I do if that's the case, and is there a specific treatment for something like this?

looking at your symptoms, it's not that burns in airways. whatever medications you are taking that's enough

I got hit pretty hard right across my head and jaw area by my partner on Friday night, and ever since, the spot has been really red, throbbing, and warm. The next day, I felt like I had cotton stuck in my ear. I tried blowing out air while holding my nose, but nothing seems to happen; no air coming out or any whistling noise from my ear. There's been no discharge, but the pain has been constant for two days now. Could this affect my hearing? I'm really worried about what could be causing all of this.

Yes there could be mini malltrauma to any part of the middle ear, better get evaluated with ENT doctor and audiometry test done as soon as possible.

I've been dealing with this annoying ear blockage for the past couple of days and started using some clear wax ear drops to help out. Now, whenever I pull down my earlobe, I hear a pop and I can hear better, which is kind of weird but also a relief. Do you think I should keep using these ear drops, or is there another way I should try to clear things up? I'm just a bit concerned about whether this popping is normal and if I'm handling this correctly.
