I've been dealing with a swollen tonsil on the left side and a sore throat for about two months now. I tried taking azithromycin, amox potassium clavulanate, and lenzomore, but nothing's really helped so far. On top of that, I sometimes get chest pain and have issues with gas and acidity. I'm starting to get worried about what this might be. Any ideas on what could be going on?

yes this could be recurrent tonsillitis if it is so better get it removed.visit ENT doctor for evaluation and appropriate management.

I've noticed a small lump under my jaw that I can feel when I press in, and it's also noticeable when I put a finger in my mouth and one under my jawit can move side to side. I've had this uncomfortable feeling because a chicken bone got stuck in my throat. I tried eating a banana and some bread with butter, but it didn't really help. I went to the emergency doctor at the government hospital, and they advised me to see a specialist the next day. After an X-ray, they said there was no bone in my throat, but now it's been six days and I'm still feeling pain in my throat and ear. Another doctor gave me azithromycin 500 mg and brufen, but I'm not getting any relief. What should I do next?
