I've been dealing with a swollen tonsil on the left side and a sore throat for about two months now. I tried taking azithromycin, amox potassium clavulanate, and lenzomore, but nothing's really helped so far. On top of that, I sometimes get chest pain and have issues with gas and acidity. I'm starting to get worried about what this might be. Any ideas on what could be going on?

I've been dealing with this weird sensation in my ears, like there's an airlock or maybe mucus shifting around. It all started when I had a bad cough and cold. Those are gone now, but the ear sensation is still there. I've tried closing my mouth and ears and blowing through my ears to fix it. Any idea what's going on or what I should do next?

I'm feeling like there's something stuck in my throat. Whenever I swallow or drink water, it feels like something's lodged right in the middle. It's weird because I don't notice it while I'm eating, but afterwards, that sensation comes back. Also, I've noticed these small pink pimple-like bumps towards the back of my tongue. What's going on with me?
drink hot water regularly, avoid spicy food.take tab.b complex for atleast 5 days
