I've been dealing with a swollen tonsil on the left side and a sore throat for about two months now. I tried taking azithromycin, amox potassium clavulanate, and lenzomore, but nothing's really helped so far. On top of that, I sometimes get chest pain and have issues with gas and acidity. I'm starting to get worried about what this might be. Any ideas on what could be going on?

View allI'm having some dizziness when I turn in bed, especially on the left side, and I read something about BPPV that sounds a lot like what I'm experiencing. It's making me feel really nauseous too. This just started today, and I'm kind of freaking out about it. Can you tell me what's going on and what I should do?
