I've been dealing with a swollen tonsil on the left side and a sore throat for about two months now. I tried taking azithromycin, amox potassium clavulanate, and lenzomore, but nothing's really helped so far. On top of that, I sometimes get chest pain and have issues with gas and acidity. I'm starting to get worried about what this might be. Any ideas on what could be going on?

I noticed a small lump under my jaw a few days ago. It doesn't hurt but looks strange. Could this be something serious or is surgery the only way to remove it?

Lump under jaw may be reactive node or cyst; not all need surgery but ultrasound or FNAC can confirm nature—see ENT or surgeon for evaluation.

I'm a bit worried about my health and could use some advice. I've been smoking hookah and cigarettes daily, and I'm starting to notice that I've got a constant sore throat and this white coating on my tongue. Could these habits be causing these issues? I just want to be sure if there's something I should be doing differently. What do you think?

Yes, smoking hookah or cigarettes every day can lead to chronic sore throats and a white coat on the tongue. The chemicals and toxins in tobacco smoke can irritate the throat, leading to inflammation and soreness. Additionally, smoking can also disrupt the normal balance of bacteria in the mouth, resulting in a white coating on the tongue. To help alleviate these symptoms, it is important to quit smoking and maintain good oral hygiene.

I'm struggling with allergies and sinus issues that have been bothering me for a long time. Every morning I wake up with pain below my eyes and eyebrows. If I take steam, the pain reduces for a bit, but it comes back. On top of that, my right ear has been blocked for over eight months. Just when it feels like it's getting better, I get hit with cold allergies and it's blocked again. It's really frustrating because I can't hear people properly. What do you think I should do?
