I'm trying to figure out when it's safe to have sex without using a condom and not risk getting pregnant. Can you help me understand which days would be safest for this?

To avoid pregnancy without using a condom, it's important to track your ovulation cycle. Generally, the safest days for unprotected sex are during the non-fertile window of your menstrual cycle, which is typically a few days after your period ends or just before ovulation starts. However, I strongly recommend discussing contraception options with a healthcare provider to ensure you are fully protected and informed.

I've been having some issues with my breast size and was looking for solutions online. I came across a medicine called HR 49 in a YouTube video. Can you tell me more about this medicine? Is it something that's safe to use? I'm really curious to know if it could help or if I should be concerned about any side effects.

This is a homeopathic medicine which claims to be helpful in cases of underdeveloped mammary glands. There is insufficient information or study conducted upon this drug. It is preferable to not use any medication without a proper doctor's advice or recommendation.

So, I'm a little confused and worried because I did a pregnancy test and it showed a weak positive result. What does that actually mean? Why would it show up as weak positive instead of a clear result? Could there be something wrong, or is it just too early to tell? Would love some clarity on this.

Weak positive pregnancy test results typically indicate a low level of hCG hormone in the urine, which may be due to early pregnancy or a diluted urine sample. It is recommended to repeat the test with a concentrated urine sample in the morning for more accurate results. If you are indeed pregnant, please start taking folic acid supplements and consult with your obstetrician for further guidance on prenatal care.

I've been dealing with PCOD and I'm a bit worried. My doctor initially put me on Diane 35, and while I was on it, my periods were regular. After stopping, I had one more regular cycle, but now I've missed two months. My doctor has prescribed duphaston 10mg for five days to try and trigger a period, and then Im supposed to go back on Diane 35 for another three months. Is this a normal plan? Should I be concerned about the missing periods or the medication? Just trying to figure out if this makes sense.

try to loose weight and maintain healthy life style to get regular periods and recomending not to use more than 6 months continusly
